Learn how to make fresh home made bread using a combination of flours. We will share a few tips & tricks passed down by my mother, a master of bread making since her childhood in Italy.
Whilst bread bakes, we'll make flatbread to share in class with a selection of antipasto and a glass or two of wine. End the day with an espresso coffee or tea.
Participants take home their own loaf of bread made in class.
