Learn how to make pasta from scratch with flour, semolina and water. NO EGG. The result is silky melt in your mouth pasta topped with our delicious traditional Italian tomato based sauce, which you also learn to make in class.
These classes include what we make, plus some of our homemade and homegrown foods, freshly baked bread and accompanied by a glass or two of wine. End the meal with an Italian dessert and espresso for a truly Italian cooking experience you'll want to share with your friends and family!
