When you have spent years developing destructive movement habits that keep you stuck in poor performance, chronic pain and discomfort, isn't it worth spending a few hours learning how to prevent those habits?
With the help of senior teacher, Michael, you could quickly experience how you can apply conscious thoughts to break habits and get immediate benefits. Come to the Alexander Technique workshop. Bring an activity, sport, musical instrument that you would like to work with or just come along and we'll work with walking, lifting, carrying, bending and so on.
A small group class of no more than 8 ensures lots of hands on learning experience.
Bring some lunch with you and let's sit on the manicured lawns and enjoy the Blue Mountains garden.
Singers, actors and sports people will love the learning that is available. Great help to people with chronic pain conditions especially back, neck or arm pain.
