Where: Woodford Academy, 90-92 Great Western Highway, Woodford

This talk will be presented by Yvonne Kattell, an experienced Woodford Academy volunteer. Yvonne will be talking about the use of heritage sites as primary sources of material for education, followed by an overview of how to access and use curriculum documents. This will take place in the Woodford Academy Dining Room with the use of visuals on a screen. The presentation includes a tour of Woodford Academy.
In addition to museums, this presentation would be of interest members of the public keen to know what their children can learn on school tours of heritage properties and museums.

Woodford Academy, 90-92 Great Western Highway, Woodford.
Parking is available: Turn off the highway at Woodford Street (access available travelling east and west) and then turn left onto Vale Road and park on Woodford Reserve. It is then a short walk to the Academy. Disabled parking is available within the Academy grounds.
