All proceeds go to the PlantInspired "Community Supporting Community" cooking project.
In partnership with the Blue Mountains Planetary Health Initiative, PlantInspired offers interactive plant-based cooking classes that help people make the most out of vegetables for a healthier and tastier lifestyle. Profits from these classes are utilised to teach plant-based cooking to vulnerable members of our communities.
At this event you will learn more about the project and the classes on offer while savouring samples from their menus.
