Local Visual Artist Christine Hyde will exhibit her latest paintings in an Exhibition at Braemar Gallery in Springwood.
“Ethereal Landscapes abstracted. The paintings are the Artist’s response to her local bush environment. This collection of artworks represents Christine’s long-standing love affair with painting the Australian bush and landscapes throughout the Blue Mountains. The intimate paintings in the abstract expressive genre are shaped by her surroundings, immersing herself in the nourishment of the Gully bush, which reaches her studio.
Christine embraces a passionate, intuitive approach to painting, letting colours and emotions guide her creative process. The resulting vibrant paintings are full of emotion, to capture the imagination through whirlwinds of colour and rich texture.
Opening Event 2:00pm Saturday 5th October. Free Entry
