Event will continue in wet weather
Learn how to make ravioli from scratch with our NO EGG pasta dough. The result is light ravioli that cook in minutes and practically melt in your mouth! You will never buy store-bought ravioli again, guaranteed.

You will make TWO types of fillings:
Meat (pork/veal/chicken) and
Spinach and Ricotta

Served in our delicious traditional Italian tomato-based sauce. If time permits, we'll serve some in an oil and herb sauce.

These classes include what we make, plus some of our homemade and homegrown foods, freshly baked bread and accompanied by a glass or two of wine. End the meal with dessert and espresso for a truly Italian cooking experience you'll want to share with your friends and family!
