Each year on the eve of the Wine of the West Festival, a winemakers dinner is held in the Ballroom at the Carrington Hotel. This year, enjoy a fun and educational evening with the winemakers from Renzaglia and Cooks Lot Wineries. The evening begins with pre-dinner canapes and sparkling wine followed by a 5-course degustation dinner and perfectly paired wines from both these stand-out winemakers.
