Details:
Learn how to make gnocchi from scratch with potatoes and flour. NO EGG. The result is light fluffy gnocchi which are hard to beat!
Plus we'll make our delicious traditional Italian tomato based sauce. If time permits, we'll serve a few gnocchi with an oil and herb sauce.
These classes includes what we make, plus some of our homemade and homegrown foods, freshly baked bread and accompanied by a glass or two of wine.
End the meal with dessert and espresso for a truly Italian cooking experience you'll want to share with your friends and family!
