Wellbeing is absolutely critical in this time of uncertainty and physical isolation. Tomorrow Man/Tomorrow Woman has created the Connection Workshop which is specifically aimed at deepening connections whilst in lockdown.

Without being able to catch up every day at workplaces, sporting clubs, gyms, cafes, pubs or even visiting friends' houses, we are missing out on the ability to openly express what's going on for us, and how we're managing the highs and lows of lockdowns.

This two hour session provides a safe and non-judgmental, virtual environment to bring life to the current reality. Participants will get the chance to share quality time together, through a mixture of engaging activities, shared laughs and meaningful conversations. Participants will be encouraged to open up, changing up the monotony of on-screen meetings and presentations.
