Come and experience a 107 year old building and many exhibits spanning three centuries of technology and art. Our Senior visitors always have great stories to share and enjoy reminiscing about ‘The good old days!’
To commemorate Seniors Festival and National Trust Heritage Month, the museum’s volunteers extend a cordial invitation to Seniors Card holders or National Trust members to take advantage of a special offer on this Open Day only - your regular admission fee entitles you to a delicious Devonshire Tea (scone, jam/cream, tea/coffee/soft drink) - subject to changes in Covid19 regulations.
Plus, take a fascinating 15 minute ride on a veteran train*. Wander through small exhibits, model room, historic locomotives and carriages and view memorabilia from over 100 years of railway activity at Valley Heights. Don't forget to browse the shop on departure for a unique souvenir or gift! Please support our volunteers!
