One of the top 5 Sydney Experiences according to AirBnB ratings is now in the Blue Mountains.

During your Blue Mountains Experience you'll venture inside your brain to see how it works using a range of completely safe, high-tech electroencephalograph (EEG) headsets. You'll see your neurons firing in real time and learn about the importance of both exercise and meditation on the brain.

You'll then play a game using only your mind to control the characters and compete against another guest. It's fascinating and lots of fun.

Switch headsets to get a different view of your brain and check how well you can lower the amount of electricity your brain produces - the key to successful relaxation.

You can also pick the brain of your learned host while enjoying food and a drink at the beautiful Gallery One88.

During covid-19, social distancing and hand sanitising will be a part of every experience. Your host will wear a mask and use sanitiser before fitting your EEG. Student discount available.
