Learn how to make ricotta, paneer and haloumi in a fun one-day, hands-on workshop. Taking place between 10am and 4pm the workshop includes lunch (made from your very own ricotta) as well as afternoon tea. You will receive loads of information, course notes, and will leave with your hand-made haloumi, ready to eat. Course costs $110 per person, with 6 places available per workshop. Smaller groups also catered for as required. The next available workshop is on Sunday October 6.
