See the oldest timber cottage on a slab in Australia built in 1811by one of the first free settlers to Australia who travelled from Dorset, England in 1793. The cottage was continuously lived in by an Rose descendant up until 1961. This is part of Australia's Colonial History. Tours and talks regarding the Rose Family will occur throughout the day. Bring your own picnic. Special Flag raising ceremony at 10:30am.
