Intentional Art is expressive art that focuses on the process rather than the product and assists with decreasing stress or anxiety.

As an Artist, Designer and Teacher I aim to help teens find a real passion for art and design. Art can be enjoyed as a hobby with great relaxation and creative benefits, or can be enjoyed and developed as a future career in visual arts.

Part of the process of Intentional Art is adding in techniques such as deep breathing, present thinking, music etc... to help teens use art and design as a mindfulness tool.

All artworks are creative, unique and expressive. Students learn professional art and design techniques. Styles that we explore are: Anime, Zen, Mandala, Boho, free expression etc...

Classes are for Teens 10 - 17 years
Held every Wednesday and Friday afternoon in school terms. Holiday workshops available too.
