Introduction to Sourdough Baking

Participants will learn the entire process of making sourdough bread, from the starter to the baking. Over the course of the day there will be hands on opportunities to get to know the feel of the flour, water and salt at different stages of the process as you will be making and baking loaves from start to finish.

Nick Grilanc is a creative chef whose passion for sustainable living can be tasted in his delicious cooking, where providence is key and flavours come naturally from the garden.

$120 includes all ingredients, equipment, tuition and a take home starter and cane bread baskets and a delicious organic lunch hamper.

Organic flour and celtic sea salt are available to purchase in the adjacent shop to get you started at home.

Please bring a clear, lidded plastic or glass container of minimum 4 litre capacity.
