Build a Wood Fired Cob Oven with Tom Oliver

Details:
Come and join us for two days of cob oven construction. Learn how to build a wood fired oven using cob, a tried and true building technology that's Earth friendly and fun to use. We will be building a functional oven at Lyttleton Stores over the duration of the workshop. Participants will take home the skills and knowledge to build their own cob oven by hand, plus the necessary tips and tricks to source, test and create your own cob.

About your Teacher:
The workshop will be facilitated by Tom Oliver, a passionate natural builder, landscaper and permaculture designer. Tom brings a wealth of knowledge with him from working and teaching on a diverse range of both professional and voluntary natural building projects.

$240 includes tuition, workbook and all meals and refreshments.

Saturday 22nd 9am-4pm and Sunday 23rd of September from 10am - 4pm.
