Natural Skincare with Moss House

Sat 21 Jul 2018
Being able to make natural skincare products is important if we want to avoid exposure to harmful agents present in commercial products!

Luckily you can make your own, natural skincare products from common pantry items, fruit and plants grown in your garden. Creams, toothpaste, lip balms, shampoos – all can be made at home and the final products will be gentle on your skin.

Come to this workshop to learn how to take care of your skin and hair from an experienced sustainability educator, Margaret Mossakowska of Moss House. You will leave with new skills, confidence to use them at home and several products you will make on the day.

What Will You Take Home From the Workshop?

Each participant will receive a handout with a summary of the talk and recipes for natural skincare products (all will be send to them in the electronic format to avoid creating paper waste). Additionally, they will take home products made on the day.

$100 includes handout, tuition, materials and final products!

Feel free to BYO lunch to enjoy in the Lyttleton Hub or garden or order one of our delish Lyttleton organic hampers for $20.
