The 2BBB winners were Shane Murphy (4) and Stuart with 48 points. Brian Tulloch (16) and Rob Joyce (23) came second with 46 points. Balls went to 34 OCB. BLACKHEATH LADIES

Thursday 16th November was a Single Stableford sponsored by Mary Holt. Carrie Soady (23) 32 was a narrow victor over several others with Roz Starkey (45) 31 heading the chasers to be runner-up on count back. The NTP awards were both won by Carrie, on the Blackheath “Vegie Patch” 13th and on the 17th. Balls were won by Carrie, Roz, Di Landsberg, Di Pease, Barbara. Wall, Louise Aaron, Etsuko Saxton and Yvonne Murray.

On the weekend (18th 19th) both male and female competitions were called off because of persistent rain. Unfortunately, because the course was groomed to perfection for the Blackheath Men’s Open that was scheduled for Saturday 18th. It has been RESCHEDULED FOR SUNDAY 17th DECEMBER.

Next week, on Saturday 25th we run a Medley Single Stableford sponsored by Blue Mountain Escapes. This is “Rhododendron Day”. Oberon runs its Open on Sunday 26th.

Remember our FREE Junior Clinics that run during school term from 3.45 to 4.30 on Thursdays.
