Council provides the following update to residents of the temporary road closures in the LGA;

• Mills Street Causeway, Lithgow
• Marsden Swamp Road Causeway
• Ganbenang Road Causeway
• Hazelgrove Road, Tarana 
• Glen Davis Road at the 3 Ways Intersection
• Glen Davis Causeway
• Tarana/Locksley Road Causeway

These road closures have been put in place for safety of the residents due to flooding over the roads and causeways.

The following roads that were previously listed as closed have been inspected and are now reopened;

• Fields Road, Hartley Vale
• Tarana/Sodwalls Road , Tarana – Between the top of Magpie Hollow Road and Jerrys Meadow Road
• Brays Lane, Wallerawang
• Diamond Swamp Road Causeway
• Williwa Creek Road Bridge, Portland
• Geordie Street Causeway Crossing, Lithgow

The patience of affected residents is appreciated and Council advises that changed traffic conditions must be observed by all motorists travelling through the area.
