Catch the world’s steepest train into the ancient Jamison Valley and meet dozens of moving and roaring dinosaurs among thenatural rainforest of the Blue Mountains.

The must-do prehistoric adventure, Dinosaur Valley, returns to Scenic World even bigger and better than previous years with double the dinosaurs, more species, and new baby dinosaurs.

From 23 September, Dinosaur Valley will be home to over 50 dinosaurs and 26 species, including T-Rex, Brachiosaurus, Dilophosaurus, Minmi, Stegosaurus, Spinosaurus, Velociraptor, and many more.

Can you find all the dinosaurs? Grab your free Field Guide and a Junior Ranger Kit and find out!

Start your adventure on the world’s steepest railway - the Scenic Railway – and descend into the Jamison Valley. Roam the elevated boardwalk beneath the rainforest canopy, listen out for the roars, and spot the dinosaurs in the natural habitat.

When you’ve finished in the valley, catch the steepest aerial cable car in the Southern Hemisphere – the Scenic Cableway - up the escarpment and continue your hunt for more dinosaurs topside.

Our expert Dinosaur Rangers will be on hand to answer any dino-tricky questions; and your littles ones will have even more fun this year with new activities to discover along the dinosaur trail.

And then do it all again! Your Dinosaur Valley Ultimate Discovery Pass includes unlimited rides so you can do as much as you can in a day.

When it’s time to rest your feet, enjoy lunch in the Dino Diner overlooking the iconic Three Sisters and epic views of across the Jamison Valley.

The kids will graduate Junior Dinosaur Rangers with their Field Guide and can continue the fun at home with their Junior Ranger Kit with all the essentials, including binoculars, an exclusive Dinosaur Ranger bandana and more.

Surrounded by 1000 square kilometres of World Heritage-listed national park, Dinosaur Valley is a one-of-a-kind way for the whole family to explore the natural wonders of the Blue Mountains and have the ultimate Australian outdoor dinosaur experience.
