The Great Easter Adventure Arrives for the First Time at The Blue Mountains Botanic Garden Mount Tomah
Pop on your bunny ears and bring your sense of adventure, the Garden’s first ever Great Easter Adventure will see kids follow a special trail and overcome five fun Easter-themed obstacles to claim a delicious chocolatey prize.
Australia's favourite confectionary company, Darrell Lea, is the sponsor for the new event and is set to supply delicious chocolate treats on the day.
“Where better to celebrate Easter than in the Blue Mountains’ stunning botanic garden with an Easter Adventure?” said Sophie Daniels, Education and Communities Program Officer at the Blue Mountains Botanic Garden Mount Tomah.
“With challenges like Bunny-Hop, Egg-Roll and Down the Rabbit Hole, it all makes for the most egg-cellent fun! It will be a great day with plenty of exercise outdoors in nature, a little problem solving and a chocolate treat at the end.”
“Why not get the whole family involved and make a day of it? Explore the beautiful gardens and enjoy lunch with magnificent views at The Potager.”
Our egg-ventures are all about families spending time with each other and taking in the great outdoors. The hunts and activities promote learning, socialising and playing so it’s less about lollies and more about laughs. To protect the wildlife that call these green spaces home, our Education Officers hand out treats at the Easter events to ensure no chocolate is left behind!
The Potager are offering a free kid’s meal for every child that has a Great Easter Adventure passport, with any adult meal purchased.
