Blue Mountains residents love their local cinema. Operating since 1968, Glenbrook Cinema is a local Blue Mountains tradition. Since 1992, just over twenty years, the cinema’s owners have electronically maintained ticket sales records for every movie. The following list reveals the top ten most popular movies at Glenbrook.

Shot in the Southern Highlands of NSW, Babe is a beloved Australian children’s film, centred around a pig that is.  As is the case with many films on this list, Babe performed well during its school holidays release. Twenty years on, its performance is yet to be topped.
