Temporary Closure - Part of Federal Pass, Katoomba POSTPONED
Update: 10:0am 19th August 2020
POSTPONED: Our planned closure of the Federal Pass between Dardanelles and Furber Steps junctions (19 August – 4 September) has been postponed. The track remains open and we will advise new closure dates as soon as possible.

Wednesday 19 August to Friday 4 September 2020
The following area will be closed to replace a flood-damaged bridge on Federal Pass.
- Federal Pass between the junctions of Dardanelles Pass and Furber Steps.
- Note: Federal Pass between Scenic Railway and Golden Stairs remains closed due to a new landslide.
- Furber Steps to Scenic Railway,
- Giant Stairway to Leura via Leura Forest.
