BLACKHEATH MEN

Wednesday 28th October, Single Stableford and 2B Aggregate. Adam Preen (19) won the countback from Cormac Miller (20) with 41 points. Cormac Miller and Garry Way (17) won the 2 ball with 80 points. Balls went down to 35 points on a countback. The nearest the pins were out on the 2nd and the 17th. John Hollis won the 2nd with 750cm and Garry Way was in the money again on the 17th with a beautiful shot only 155cm from the pin.

Friday 30th October, we had the The ICF Haulage Legends Pro-Am. Australian golf legend, Peter ‘ Chook ‘ Fowler won with an excellent score of 3 under. In the team event, Professional Scott Ford joined Clive Woodworth, Simon Crosbie, and Geoff Cope to win with 52 points on a countback.

Saturday 31st October, we had a medley 2BBB and Single Stableford in conjunction sponsored by Aub Huggins and Trevor Thomas. The Singles Winner was Greg Nankervis (12) Jnr with 40 points.  Nice win Greg. It has been a while; the old man has been showing you up lately. Greg along with Brett Daly (27) combined in the 2BBB to win with 47 points.

NTP 2nd: Graham Dowdell; 5th and 14th : Johnathon Van-veen; 7th:Rob Royston; 13th:Brett Daly;17th:Rodney Stubbs.

Balls went to 35 on a countback and we had 63 players.

BLACKHEATH LADIES

Thursday 29th October we had a 2 person Ambrose. Our trophy donor was Celine Galvin. Our winners on the day were Ros Allen and Sandra Draper, with a handicap of 18 they won with a nett 70.3. The runners up were Rhonda Lonergan and Jean Simpson, also on 18 and had a nett 72.

Chris Rhind won the NTP on the 5th and Louise Aaron got it the closest on the 17th hole.  Balls went down to nett 72.
