BLACKHEATH MEN

Wednesday 28th August, Single Stableford and 2BBB, Tiger Tees. Singles winner was Michael Strong (31) with 42 points over John Wilson (27) with 40. In the 2B it was Greg McDonald (17) and John Wilson claiming the prize with 46 points ahead of Ray Hawkins (28) and Michael Strong with 46. Nearest the pins went to Geoff Hilder on the 5th and Larry Manning on the 17th, Balls to 36 points.

Saturday 31st August, Irish Team Stableford and Singles sponsored by Don Griffiths, Stuart Brown, Larry Manning and Ray Stanford. Team winners were Graham Jones (18), Graham Phillips (12), Phillip Miller (23) and Peter White (26) with 97 points. In the Singles it was Garry Way (18) with 42 points claiming the honours. Nearest the pins were as follows, 2nd (Blue Mountains Plantation Shutters and Cabinetmaking), Barry Simpson @ 265 cm, 5th (Leading Edge Computers, Katoomba), Roger Pierce @ 127 cm, 7th (SiLLY MiLLY Kids Clothing), Karl Munchow @ 298 cm, 13th (Roger and Etsuko Saxton), Ian Dalkin @ 193 cm, 14th (Scully Legal), Michael Hillier @ 725 cm and 17th (Ben Cameron), Harry Stinson @ 155 cm. Balls to 35 points on count back.

 

BLACKHEATH WOMEN

Thursday 29th August, Single Stableford sponsored by Jean Simpson. Winner was Rhonda Lonergan (25) with 31 points over Anne Morris (34) on count back, Nearest the pin on the 7th ( G & P Loneragan) was Chris Rhind and on the 17th was Karen Tolhurst, Vegie Patch hole 13 went to Rhonda Lonergan.

Saturday 31st August, Singles Par event sponsored by Amanda McAlister. Sandra Draper (29) won the day with square over Carrie Soady (23) on -1, Balls to -5 on countback.
