Blackheath Golf Results Wednesday 24th April - Saturday 27th April 2019
Wednesday 24th April was our monthly Tiger Tees Single Stableford and 2BBB. The Singles winner was Greg McDonald (20) with 40 points over Peter Messer (19) with 38 on countback. Greg McDonald and Phillip Stricke (20) combined to win the 2BBB with 43 points, Stephen Rabone (14) and Stephen Tolhurst (9) came in runners up with 42. Greg McDonald and Peter Messer also picked up 3 balls each for 36 points or more, topping off a great day for Greg. Nearest the Pins went to Karl Munchow (130 cm) on the 5th and Gordon Stovold (610 cm) on 17.
Saturday 27th April. On a Stunning autumn day we held a Single Stableford with a Team 4BBB sponsored by Ian Tonkin, the winning team went to Mick Hillier, John Wilson, Graham Dowdell and the inform Greg McDonald. Singles winner went to Roger Saxton (15) with 38 points and Scratch to Ian Evans on 31. Nearest the Pins were as follows, 2nd (Blue Mountains Plantation Shutters and Cabinetmaking), Cindy Fitzgerald @ 149cm, 5th (Leading Edge Computers, Katoomba), Graham Phillips @ 148cm, 7th (Silly Milly Kids Clothing), Brian Tulloch @ 210cm, 13th (Blue Mountains Escapes), Brett Scanlan @ 650cm, 14th (Scully Legal), Paul Jones @ 276cm, 17th (Ben Cameron), Geoff Cope @ 337cm. Balls went to 34 on c/b.
Saturday 27th April was a Single Stableford sponsored by Suzie Tonkin with Lynne Pressley (20) victorious with 35 points, beating home Marilyn Rowe (37) on 34.Nearest the Pins went to R Brown on the 5th and Lynne Pressley on the 7th (G & P Loneragan). Vegie Patch hole 13 went to Diana Landsberg.
