BLACKHEATH MEN

Wednesday 13th November, Midweek Single Stableford and 2BBB. Stephen Caswell (18) won the singles with 39 points on count back over Ben Cameron (8). Phillip Stricke (20) and Ian Griffiths (12) combined with 48 points to take the 2B prize over Geoff Hilder (20) and Jim Walsh (19) with 44. Nearest the pins went to Grahame Phillips on the 2nd @ 270 cm and Steve Rabone on the 17th @ 198 cm, balls to 34 on c/b.

BLACKHEATH WOMEN

Thursday 14th November, Single Par sponsored by Joan Hart. Karen Tolhurst (36) had the best score with -1 over Yvonne Murray (23) with -2, Yvonne had a good day, also winning the nearest the pin on the 2nd hole, the 5th hole (G and P Loneragan) and Vegie Patch hole 13!

MEDLEY

Saturday 16th November, 2 person Ambrose sponsored by Ian Foulsham and Brian Tulloch. The winning team was Andrew Lawson and Ben Cameron (4.8) with 59.3 over Marilyn and Paul Rowe (12.3) with 60.8. Nearest the pins were as follows; 2nd (Blue Mts Plantation Shutters and Cabinetmaking), John Bromhead @ 280 cm, 5th (Leading Edge Computers, Katoomba), Kit Newcombe @ 192 cm, Roz Starkey also hit a great shot into this tough hole!. 7th (SiLLY MiLLY Kids Clothing), Brett Scanlan @ 700 cm, 13th (Roger and Etsuko Saxton), Jason Duke @ 5 cm! 14th (Scully Legal), Patrick Kenny @ 23 cm and 17th (Ben Cameron), Jason Duke @ 224 cm. We welcomed visitors from Cromer, Killara and Monash and the weather was fantastic. It is worth noting the generosity of our President and Captain for their sponsorship on top of all the other time and effort that they put in for our club.
