Blackheath Golf Results Wednesday 12th June - Saturday 15th June 2019
Wednesday 12th June, Midweek Single Stableford and 2BBB, Ross Delaney (24) was the winner with 40 points over Trevor Thomas (4) with 38. In the 2BBB it was Ross Delaney and Stephen Caswell (17) in first place with a great score of 50 points, in front of Trevor Thomas and Peter Bamford (16) with 45. Nearest the Pins went to Andrew Price on the 5th @ 650cm and Peter Messer on 17 @ 296cm, Balls to 33 on countback.
Saturday 15th June, 2B Aggregate Stableford with Singles sponsored by Brent Bones with visitors from Leonay, Lithgow, Leura and Wentworth Falls. Singles Winner was Sam Gray (13) with 41 points, Sam also teamed up with Drew Komma (11) to take out the 2B with 70 points. This event was our Annual Captain versus President match with Ian Foulsham victorious over Club Captain, Michael Mole! Well done to all of the President’s Men. Nearest the Pin results were as follows, 2nd (Blue Mountains Plantation Shutters and Cabinetmaking), Barry Simpson @ 363cm, 5th (Office Choice Blue Mountains), Gordon Stovold @ 184cm, 7th (SiLLY MiLLY Kids Clothing), Brian Bourke @ 163cm, 13th (Roger and Etsuko Saxton), Sam Gray @ 16cm!, 14th (Scully Legal), Ian Fitzgerald @ 139cm and on the 17th (Ben Cameron), Joe Landsberg @ 51cm which also netted him the Pro Pin of $164. Balls went to 34 points on c/b.
Saturday 15th June, The Ladies played a Single Stableford, sponsored by Margaret Booth, The Winner was Rebecca Brown (33) with 28 points over Cindy Fitzgerald (16) on countback.
