BLACKHEATH LADIES...Thursday 6th November was a Single Stableford generously sponsored by Carrie Soady. The winner was Sonya Mills (40) with 47 points on a countback from Nola Lavers (30) also on 47 points. Nearest the pin on the Paul Loneragan sponsored 5th hole went to Jean Simpson, on the 13th hole to Mandy McAlister and on the 17th hole to Marilyn Rowe. Balls went to 33 points on a countback. Next Thursday on the Mountain’s TOP course the Ladies play a Par round sponsored by Lyn Siebels.

Saturday 8th November...was a Single Stableford generously sponsored by Sarah Gardner.The winner was Marilyn Rowe (40) with 44 points ahead of Nola Lavers (30) with 38 points on a countback. Nearest the pin on the Paul Loneragan sponsored 7th hole went to Rebecca Brown, on the 13thhole to Maree Griffiths and on the 17th hole to Nola Lavers. Balls went to 34 points. Next Saturday is the Medley Mount Wilson Shuffle 1-2-3 Ball Challenge generously sponsored by Robbie Feyder,Geoff Hull,Ted Griffin and Alex Halliday. BLACKHEATH MEN...Wednesday 5th November dawned once more to the Mountains Premier Medley Midweek at the Mountains TOP course. The winner of the Single Event was Darrell Gawthorpe (16) with 36 points ahead of one of the Blue Mountains Wonders in 93 year old Murray Mehrtens (27) with 35 points. The 2 Ball Aggregate went to another pair of Blue Mountain Wonders in Henry Herron (18) and Cormac Miller (17) with 74 points. Nearest the pin on the 17th hole went to Garry Way at 171 cms and balls went to 34 points. Remember each and every Wednesday Blackheath runs the Premier Medley Midweek and to book simply call Darrin or Jack on 47878406 and select option 2.

Saturday 8th November...was a Stroke round for the November Medal with a Single Stableford in conjunction. The winner of the A grade Medal was Mani Hitchenson (5) with 64 nett, the B grade Medal went to Jessie Lewis (16) with 65 nett and the C grade Medal will be decided next month in a playoff between Harry Hughan (30) and Alex Halliday (19) with both finishing with 64 nett. The Single Stableford went to Ian Evans (9) with 38 points on a countback. Nearest the pin on the Plus Fitness Katoomba sponsored 2nd hole went to Ian Evans at 605 cms,on the Park Street group sponsored 5th hole to Brett Bond at 120 cms, on the James Dakin sponsored 7th hole to Murray Mehrtens at 340 cms, on the Tonkin Family sponsored 13th hole to Shane Murphy at 380 cms, on the Brett Bond sponsored 14th hole to Brock Cross at 50 cms and on the Chris and Keith Rhind sponsored 17th hole to Tom Curtis at 174 cms.
