Blackheath ladies…Thursday 26 October was a Single Stableford sponsored by Mandy McAlister. The winner was Rhonda Lonergan (21) with 37 points ahead of Sarah Gardner (22) with 35 points. Nearest the pin on the Paul Loneragan sponsored 5^th hole went to Ros Allen, on the 7^th hole to Trish honeysett and on the Tolhurst family sponsored 13^th hole to Jean Simpson. Balls went to 30 points.

Next Thursday the Ladies play a Single Stableford with the Captains High Tea.

Blackheath Men & Ladies…Wednesday 25^th October was our usual Medley Single Stableford and 2 BBB sponsored by the Proshop. The winner of the Single event was Darrell Gawthorpe (14) with 36 points ahead of Kevin Tooke (26) with 35 points while the 2 Ball went to Robert Georges (23) and Kevin Hughes (20) with 45 points. Saturday 28^th October was the Annual Jack Burrows Day played as a Medley Single Stableford and 2 Ball Multiplier sponsored by the Holmes Family.The winners of the Single Stableford were Lady Captain Marilyn Rowe (29) with 37 points and for the Men, Jeff Ray (25) with 40 points and the Junior winner was Oliver Cullen (14) with 35 points. The 2 Ball Multiplier went to Pat Morgan (20) and Cormac Miller (15) with 78 points. Nearest the pin on the BJR Climbing Equipment sponsored 2^ndhole went to Jamie Galbraith at 390 cms, on the Parke Street Group sponsored 5^thhole to Michael Mole at 155 cms, on the James Dakin sponsored 7^thhole to Ian Hehir at 520 cms, on the Tonkin Family sponsored 13^thhole to Al Campbell at 92 cms, on the unsponsored 14^th hole also to Al Campbell at 372 cms and on the unsponsored 17^th hole to Greg McDonald at 56 cms. Balls went to 35 points on a countback. Next week the men play a Stroke event for the November Medal sponsored by Barry Simpson with a Single Stableford for those not wishing to play in the Medal and the Ladies play a Single Stableford sponsored by Louise Aaron.
