Blackheath Men…Wednesday 19th March was our usual popular Medley Midweek Single Stableford and 2 Ball sponsored by Darrins Proshop. The winner was Greg McDonald (18)  with 38 points on a countback ahead of Steve Tolhurst (10) also on 38 points.The 2 Ball went to Shane Murphy (2) and Carlos Donoso (14) with 47 points.  Nearest the pin on the Mt Wilson Silva Plana Strikers sponsored 5th hole went to Shane Murphy at 79 cms and on the Steve Tolhurst sponsored 17th hole to Brad Evans at 260 cms and balls went to 35 points on a countback. You can join us each and every Wednesday at the Mountain’s TOP course by calling Darrin or Jack on 47878406 and select option 2 and visitors are always welcome to participate in any of our weekly events.

Saturday 22nd March…was Round 2 and the deciding last round of the Mixed Foursomes Championships with a Medley Single Stableford in conjunction. The winners of the Day 2 Mixed Foursomes Scratch were Bill Oldfield and Sarah Gardner with 84 off the stick while the Day 2 Handicap event went to Al Campbell and Bec Brown with 70.5 nett.The 2025 Mixed Foursomes Champions are Bill Oldfield and Sarah Gardner with a 2 round total of 165 off the stick and the 2025 Handicap winners are Al Campbell and Bec Brown with a 2 round  total of 145 nett. The Single Stableford in conjunction went to Brad Pidgeon (8)  with 43 points ahead of Henry Herron (18) with 41 points and a huge congratulations to Henry who  shot his age of 82 today. The winner of the Ladies event was Carrie Soady (27) with 30 points. Nearest the pin on the BJR Climbing Equipment sponsored 2nd hole went to Darrell Gawthorpe at 522 cms, on the Park Street group sponsored 5th hole to Geoff Cope at 268 cms, on the James Dakin sponsored 7th hole to Brad Pidgeon at 102 cms, on the Tonkin Family sponsored 13th hole to Phill Paull at 180 cms, on the Brett Bond sponsored 14th hole to Wentworth Falls visitor Jake Cameron who aced the hole..well done Jake and on the Chris and Keith Rhind sponsored 17th hole to Dave Bennett at 179 cms. Balls went to 36 points on a countback. Next Saturday is a Medley 2 Person Ambrose which also includes qualification for the Lets play Keno event.Dont forget Visitors are always welcome at the Mountains TOP course.

Blackheath Ladies…Thursday 20th March was a 2 person Ambrose sponsored by Judy Greive. The winners were Chris Rhind and Karen Tolhurst (15) with 74 nett ahead of Rhonda Lonergan and Jean Simpson (15) with 74.8 nett. Nearest the pin on the Paul Loneragan sponsored 5th hole went to Carrie Soady, on the Tolhurst Family sponsored 13th hole to Rhonda Lonergan and on the 17th hole to Di Pease. Balls went to 76 nett. Next Thursday the Ladies play a Stroke round for a Club Medal and a round of the Mable McKenzie Brooch for vets and Round 1 of the Roy Smith Memorial and on Saturday they play a Single Stableford and 2 BBB sponsored by Nola Lavers and Roz Allen. Remember visitors are always welcome at the Mountains TOP course.
