Blackheath Ladies…Thursday 20^th June was a Stroke Round for a Club Medal.The winner was Sonya Mills (36) with 72 nett on a countback ahead of Di Pease (26) also on 72 nett. Scratch was won by Di Pease with 98. The Putting went to Rhonda Lonergan with 28 putts. Nearest the pin on the Paul Loneragan sponsored 5^th hole went to Karen Tolhurst, on the Tolhurst Family sponsored 13^th hole to Roz Allen and on the 17^th hole to Bec Brown. Balls went to 78 nett on a countback. Next Thursday the Ladies play a Single Stableford sponsored by Karen Tolhurst, on Saturday a Single Stableford sponsored by Sue Tonkin and Ladies don’t forget the 9 hole competition each and every Monday and the NEW Proshop sponsored 6 holes each Friday afternoon beginning at 3.00 pm.Visitors are always welcome at the Top course on the mountains.

Blackheath Men…Wednesday 19^th June was our usual popular Medley Midweek Single Stableford and 2BBB at the TOP course at the top of the Mountains. The winner of the Single event was Howard Shaw (24) with39 points ahead of Frank Horacek (18) on 38 points. The 2 Ball went to the dynamic duo of Josh Thomas (+3) and Blake Ranse (7) with 44 points. Nearest the pin on the Mt Wilson Silva Plana Strikers sponsored 5^th hole failed to go off and on the Steve Tolhurst sponsored 17^th hole to Todd Cleary at 358 cms. Balls went to 36 points. The winner of the Men’s Single event was Kevin Tooke (27) with 38 points while the Ladies Single event went to Rebecca Brown (23) with 37 points. The Teams event went to Marilyn Rowe (32), Nola Lavers (32),Wally Shiel (26) and John Hollis (19) with an aggregate score of 132 points. Nearest the pin on the BJR Climbing Equipment sponsored 2^nd hole went to Mick Lonergan at 40 cms, on the Parke Street Group sponsored 5^th hole to Graham Dowdell at 30 cms, on the James Dakin sponsored 7^th hole to Darrell Gawthorpe at 545 cms, on the Tonkin Family sponsored 13^th hole to Brad Pidgeon at 164 cms, on the unsponsored 14^th hole to Todd Cleary ay 450 cms and on the Chris and Keith Rhind sponsored 17^th hole to Kit Newcombe at 120 cms.
