Special Delivery of Christmas Spirit to our Older Residents

Each year the Mayor calls on the Lithgow community to donate a present to the Mayor’s Christmas gift appeal for residents of Lithgow’s aged care facilities.
This year due to Covid restrictions Council wasn’t able to accept donations from the community however the residents of our 4 aged care facilities didn’t miss out.
Mayor “Santa” Ray Thompson made sure that each resident of our aged care facilities was given a small gift this Christmas to let them know they are remembered and appreciated by the wider community.
Wishing each of our aged care residents a happy and safe Christmas and all the best for 2021.
