Shade Sails at Merv Crane Park, Cullen Bullen
Mayor of Lithgow City Council, Clr Ray Thompson said, “The provision of shade sails maximizes the opportunity for the community to use the playground in all seasons and conditions and protects children and supervising adults from over exposure to UV radiation”.
The shades are manufactured from fabrics chosen for their strength and exceptionally high UVR block, and will keep the outdoor play-space cool over the summer months.
“I am pleased to see the shade sails completed and I hope the local community and visitors enjoy using the playground as we come into the warm weather,” concluded the Mayor.
