New GP-led COVID-19 Respiratory Clinic Now Open in Hazelbrook
This Clinic will assess people with mild to moderate respiratory symptoms including fever, sore throat, cough and shortness of breath, to enable widespread testing and identification of any COVID-19 cases.
The new Clinic is located at Hazelbrook General Practice and is in addition to the existing GP Respiratory Clinic that opened in Penrith last month.
Bookings are essential, patients should not "just turn up", and online appointments are preferred.
Patients DO NOT need a GP Referral before attending the clinic, but we do recommend that patients discuss their symptoms with their usual GP in a telehealth consultation first.
The clinics are free of charge to all patients. Patients will need to show personal identification, such as a medicare card or drivers licence.
