Lithgow Halloween Best Dressed Competition winners announced
The quality of the entries for the Lithgow Halloween Best Dressed Competition surpassed all expectations and there were some very deserving winners and placegetters. Here is a list of all the first-place recipients:

Lithgow Tourism and Events hopes to return to the world-renowned Lithgow Halloween Street Carnival format in 2022 with big plans for the Best Dressed Competition. Lithgow Mayor Ray Thompson said “The spirit of Lithgow Halloween is well and truly alive in the photos submitted to the Lithgow Halloween Best Dressed Competition. Congratulations to the winners and I look forward to attending the 2022 street carnival and seeing what the team from Lithgow Tourism & Events have planned to really shake up the best dressed competition.”
