Helicopter operation: Blue Mountains National Park
Perry’s Lookdown and Cliff Top Track areas of Blackheath, Thursday 7th May.
NSW National Parks & Wildlife Service will have a helicopter working in the area between Rocket Point and Undercliff Track, Wentworth Falls, Wednesday 6th May.
The helicopter is delivering walking track materials to areas that are currently closed as per the Park Alerts page for Blue Mountains National Park.
There will also be a short delay for walkers in the Valley of the Waters during the morning to extract one bag of rubbish.

Re: access along Hat Hill Rd for Anvil Rock and Perry’s Lookdown
Access for walkers and cyclists is only possible to Anvil Rock – Perry’s Lookdown will be closed for the operation. The gate is locked to vehicles at the Blue Mountains National Park boundary below Hat Hill.
