Free Community Worm Farm and Composting Workshop 2019
The hour long workshop will be held on 2nd October 2019 from 2.30pm – 3.30pm at the Lithgow Library. People of all ages welcome with children over 8 years old. The workshop will cover a range of interesting topics including;
- How composts and worm farms can benefit your garden and reduce your waste
- Setting up your own worm farm or compost system (including a practical demonstration of a ‘do it yourself’ worm farm)
- What can go into your worm farm or compost system
- Tips for maintaining your worm farm or compost system and solutions for common problems
