"I offer my congratulations to Susan on receiving this award and say thank you to all of the seniors who make invaluable contributions within our community,” Stuart Ayres said.

“Whether it’s volunteering at the Penrith Blood Bank or preparing morning tea at the Joan for Morning Melodies, Susan always goes above and beyond to ensure the comfort of others,” said Stuart Ayres.

“I am thrilled that seniors across the State are being recognised under this program for their extraordinary contributions our families and communities,” Mrs Davies said.

“The 2019 NSW Seniors Local Achievement Awards give our local communities an opportunity to say thank you to seniors.”

NSW Seniors Festival is the largest festival for seniors in the Southern Hemisphere and was established by the NSW Government to support seniors to participate in the community and connect with others.
