“Nicole is an active and tireless participant in these programs which support vulnerable people within our community, she is well deserving of this prestigious award,” said Stuart Ayres.

Ms Celeban said I’m honoured and thrilled to receive this recognition.

“Importantly, I’m grateful to have a terrific team of volunteers who make what we do here at NTD possible,” she added.

NTD located here in Penrith. began in 1992 and has grown to be an amazing group of volunteers (both two legged and four), who visit Nepean, Katoomba, Blacktown, Mt Druitt, Westmead, Hawkesbury and Auburn Hospitals along with various Western Sydney Nursing Homes and schools on a regular basis.

“The Community Service Award is a way for the NSW Government to acknowledge the inspiring quality of members within our community for their service and achievements,” added Stuart Ayres.
