Buttenshaw Park Pump Track
The highly anticipated Buttenshaw Park Pump Track is officially complete and ready for riders.

Located within the Buttenshaw Park Youth PlaySpace, the pump track is designed to provide a fun and safe environment for cyclists to enhance their skills.

“We are thrilled to see the Buttenshaw Park Pump Track open and ready to enjoy,” said Blue Mountains Mayor Mark Greenhill.

“We’ve worked closely with local bike groups and the community to ensure the design creates an exciting and safe experience for young riders and it’s wonderful to see our vision come to life.

“I’m looking forward to seeing the track buzzing with activity.”

To celebrate the completion of the track, a Community Open Day is scheduled for May. This will be a great opportunity for local residents to come together and experience the pump track for themselves.

"We are planning a special event in May to officially open the track and invite everyone to enjoy it," Cr Greenhill said. “It will be a fantastic day for the community, and we can’t wait to share more details soon.”

Council reminds everyone to adhere to the safety guidelines when using the track, to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.

This project is part of the Neighbourhood Parks Program, funded by the NSW Government’s Western Sydney Infrastructure Grant program.
