Springwood Neighbourhood Centre is pleased to announce that we have been able to book a well-known and respected Sydney Counsellor – Wendy Gilroy, M.A.C.A Counsellor & Therapist for Women, to present her popular Talk ‘Becoming a calmer and happier mum’.

Wendy will deliver evidence-based tips to help local mums achieve greater calm and happiness in their lives, and to help them let go of that dreaded 'mum-guilt'. This session will empower mums to feel their best, experience more moments of peace, reconnect to people who care about them most, find a healthier balance in their life, and build confidence and self-esteem, feel energised, inspired and motivated.

More About Wendy

Wendy Gilroy is a mother of 2 school-aged children, and the founder of Mind Momentum, a private counselling & therapy practise for women. Wendy has qualifications in Psychology, Addiction Studies, and Counselling, and is passionate about helping mums become the happiest and most fulfilled version of themselves possible. She lives in Sydney where she supports mums with face to face consultations, and also offers online (live video), as well as phone sessions - which are popular for mums around Australia.

There is limited seating available.  However, we will look at organising another sessions should there be a high demand for this session.
