April Falls Day
Those who have chronic mental health, drug and alcohol issues, chronic medical or psychological conditions are at risk of frailty and falls. Being pre-frail or frail can happen at a younger age in the above populations, and should be recognized and treated.
Lithgow Health Service will be holding an information stand at Lithgow Library on Tuesday 9 April between 10am and 1pm. Come along and speak to the experts about how you can recognise the signs and access help. No bookings are required for this free session.
