Applications open for the Community Assistance Program
CAP grants are open to local not for profit community organisations with projects that directly benefit the quality of life and wellbeing of the local community.
The program enhances the capacity of community organisations to provide a diverse range of activities and services to meet the changing needs of Blue Mountains residents.
Blue Mountains Mayor, Councillor Mark Greenhill said: “It is always a priority for Council to support the local organisations that do so much for the various needs of our community.
“Community Assistance Program grants help these essential community organisations in their work which benefits a diverse cross-section of the Blue Mountains community.”
Grants of up to $1000 are available for eligible community organisations. Key community organisations, as outlined in the guidelines, can apply for up to $1750.
Applications close Monday 6 May.
