Jenolan Caves House is now serving delicious High Tea on weekends. Relax and feel pampered, enjoying High Tea in the elegant Guest Lounge of this historic, iconic hotel.
Jenolan's creative chef has devised a decadent High Tea menu. For only $44 (or $56 with a glass of sparkling wine), there are 3 tiers of dainties - sweet treats, scones with jam and cream, trimmed sandwiches, savouries, and tea or coffee. For $30 each, you can introduce your children to the sweet delights of High Tea.
After experiencing the spectacular caves, High Tea is the perfect way to re-energise with friends or family.

NEW - Spring & Summer Menu in Chisolm's Restaurant - upstairs in Caves House
Caves house was designed in 1897 by Walter Liberty Vernon as a retreat for the wealthy landowners of NSW. His design included an enormous grand dining room, completed in 1924, which is now our magnificent Chisholm's Restaurant.
Chisolm's is one of Australia's two remaining 'grand dining rooms', and dining in Chisolm's is one of the many 'must do' experiences whilst staying here at Jenolan Caves. When matched with our Executive Chef's menu, is the perfect end to a long day of exploring the Caves.
Our new menu offers a range of mains from $16 to $39, and includes vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Try Crisp skin Tasmanian salmon, sweet potato, riesling and almond sauce or the delicious Crisp soft shell crab, soba noodles, green pawpaw and sauce trio.
Chisolm's is ideal for romantic couples, large groups and family get-togethers. It is open every evening.
