Steeped in history, Darley’s Restaurant is set in the heritage listed, original homestead of Frederick Darley, the sixth Chief Justice of NSW and is a tribute to a bygone era. Modern Australian cuisine is served in a romantic space that features beautiful stained glass windows, original ornate fireplaces, crystal chandeliers and offers guests a breathtaking view of the surrounding gardens and the Jamieson Valley.

The Orangery

The Orangery is open seven days for breakfast. Located off Lilianfels’ main lobby, morning sunbeams fill the cheery restaurant, creating a pleasant setting for guests to relax and enjoy a full breakfast buffet.

The Lounge

The Lounge invites guests to relax in plush Victorian armchairs, curl up by the fireplace with a book or simply gaze out over the spectacular views of the Jamieson Valley. Afternoon tea is served in grand tradition daily and a stylish mahogany bar is the perfect setting for pre-dinner drinks.

The Lounge offers all day dining from 10.00am to 10.00pm, sumptuous afternoon teas and refreshments served both inside and outside in the adjoining garden.

High Tea

It’s teatime in the Mountains and the famous Lilianfels High Tea - a triple-tiered plate with delicious finger sandwiches, dainty cakes and light fresh scones with clotted cream and homemade jam - is being served in The Lounge. This is the beating heart of the hotel, where a warm welcome awaits everyone, whether you are here for business, leisure or just pure pleasure.
A selection of afternoon teas are available daily from 11am  to 05.00 pm. Everything from Devonshire Tea with homemade fruit scones with jam and clotted cream, to a full High Tea served on a triple-tiered plate.

The Spa

The Spa at Lilianfels is a sacred space of care and serenity. The spa includes four private treatment rooms, gymnasium, hydrotherapy facilities, heated indoor pool and the spectacular infinity edge heated outdoor pool.

How To Get Here..

- Drive: 90 minutes drive (120km) from Sydney CBD using the M4 motorway which adjoins the Great Western Highway winding up to Katoomba Township in the upper Blue Mountains region.
- Train: 2 hour journey from Sydney Central Station (which also has an efficient airport link) to Katoomba Station.  
- Coach: There are several coaches departing from Circular Quay in Sydney CBD to the Blue Mountains daily.

- 500m to Echo Point lookout and 3 Sisters rock formation
- 500m to Scenic World – a must see attraction.
- 1 km to Katoomba town centre and its restaurants/ cafes and art galleries.
- 3 kms to Leura Shopping mall and sublime point lookout
- 5 kms to the Hydro Majestic hotel with views of the Megalong Valley.
- 15kms to Horse riding and Teahouses in the Megalong Valley
- 70 kms to Jenolan Caves attraction in Oberon
