'We had great relaxing weekend at your lovely cottage. Everything was just right for us, the facilities were fantastic, and we spent many happy hours in front of the fire with a book each - your library was well used. We enjoyed it immensely and hope to return very soon.'

Turn left at Blackheath railway crossing, then an immediate right.

Follow along the railway line then turn into Murri St, which is third on your left.

Dowling Cottage is no 32 Murri St.

Conditions:

Minimum of two night stays and special rates available for longer and weekly stays.

Larger pets and children are generally not catered for, although we are flexible on this point - ie, we dont have a problem with guests bringing smaller dogs that are well behaved.

No smoking indoors (pots provided for outdoor smokers).

A welcome letter is dispatched the week before your stay, detailing directions and key pickup arrangements. Guests must depart by the time nominated in the welcome letter in case the cottage requires same day cleaning.

Payments (both deposit and in full) are non refundable in the event of cancellations.

The securing of alternative dates in the event of misadventure / cancellation are at the discretion of the management.
