Mannaz Therapy Space

Counselling & Psychotherapy
Mannaz Therapy Space is a private counselling and psychotherapy studio situated in the Blue Mountains, NSW. The Mannaz studio is a creative place where you can re-imagine yourself with the support and understanding of qualified, experienced, and registered therapists.
Individual Therapy
Good therapy is about building insight and capacity. It supports the client as they look at outgrown or maladaptive behaviour in order to make sense of their experiences within a new life context and narrative. This work is always done in the service of and desire for change, regulation, balance, and transformation.
Online Counselling
Working with a therapist online is a wonderful way to engage in a therapeutic process when access to therapy is restricted due to age, illness or disability. More info related to our online approach can be found by visiting the Mannaz website.
Couples Coaching
This process aims to support the individuals in a relationship as they find pathways back to each other. It’s about connection, understanding, and repair. It's centred around working through what’s valuable and meaningful and supports couples through a restoration process in order to access and experience more joy, a deepening of trust, and a true sense of collaboration.
Group Work
When you picture group therapy, perhaps you’re imagining a large circle of strangers. The idea of sharing in this group can be intimidating and uncomfortable. The realities of group therapy, however, are quite different. Group work is about building capacity and self-awareness through interpersonal learning. It’s a dynamic and rich process.
Reed Everingham
Principal Therapist – Couples Coach – Workshop Facilitator
Reed is a clinical psychotherapist, counsellor, and couples coach. He works with individuals, couples, and groups. Over the years, Reed has spent hundreds of hours working with people to build capacity, insight, and momentum – essentially, to become unstuck and less tangled.
Reed holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling with Distinction from Western Sydney University and is completing a Master of Psychotherapy. Reed has undertaken intensive training in group leadership and facilitation with the Australian Institute of Counselling in Addictions and also maintains ongoing clinical registration with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).
Alex Harris
