Fit and Fabulous

Fit and Fabulous is a boutique fitness and wellness studio in Katoomba, offering one-on-one personal training and Pilates studio sessions. We also offer a range of Pilates, mind-body and functional training classes, both in-person and online via our website.

We specifically address the needs of women at different stages in their fitness and wellness journey, and at all life stages, with a team of caring and experienced instructors and access to other healthcare specialists.
